Impossible to unsubscribe
Body FX makes it impossible to unsubscribe! There is no option to do so in-app, so you have to go to your online account.
There is no option to click on an unsubscribe button.
Instead you are directed to write a mail, which I have done three times, without success!! Its not legal to make it impossible to cancel a subscription!!!
Preferred solution: They need to immediately stop my subscription.

Hi Odette, Body FX has no charges for $1000. That amount would be near impossible for any member to reach in USD.

Pleased to report that BodyFX have now been in touch. Offered an apology and 5 months of membership reimbursement.
Also stated that they will look into why this happened which was my main concern. Hopefully it won't happen to others.
